First, thank you for choosing to shop with Lillie Kay's Boutique! We know that sometimes you may order something that just doesn't quite fit the way you would like for it to and that is okay with us. We will gladly take that merchandise back within 14 days of you receiving the product for store credit only. Any returns received past the 14 day window will be rejected. We do not offer refunds.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent free, smoke free with original tags still attached.
- All accessories including: earrings, necklaces, bracelets and purses are a final sale only. We do not accept returns on these items.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipping. If shoes are returned to store in only original box, the return is automatically rejected.
We do not offer exchanges simply because inventory is limited and moves fast. If you need a different size or a different item, please place a new order.
How to Return:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return cost. Please include when returning a copy of original receipt / invoice. Please include a note on copy of receipt why the item did not work out for you. Returns must be received within the 14 day return window. Take into consideration shipping times from the USPS. We recommend you get proof of delivery on the return in case the package gets lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
